PNP: "Oplan Trojan War"

Oplan Trojan War provides the guidelines and procedures to be undertaken by all PPOs together with their respective CPS/MPS and all operating units of PRO4A with the active support of the Regional Operational Support Units to thwart/neutralize personalities engaged in illegal drug trade, gunrunning and apprehension of wanted persons and members of OCGs including CNN personalities taking refuge in the barangays known as haven criminals.
The OPLAN TROJAN WAR Mission is to effectively/account all wanted persons and neutralize personalities engaged in illegal drug trade and gunrunning activities operating in the different provinces of CALABARZON.
LAGUNA PPO shall conduct a massive implementation of search warrants and warrants of arrest targeting even the smallest barangay in the province believed to have been the harboring area of criminals. The success of this OPLAN could be best achieved by applying the “TROJAN HORSE” type of operation i.e combining the intelligence, investigation and Information Technology personnel in a Police Operation.
