NOVELETA POLICE RECOVERED CARNAPPED MOTORCYCLE
Camp Gen. Pantaleon Garcia, Imus, Cavite –THE Police in the Province of Cavite recovered Carnapped Motorcycle in Noveleta Cavite, yesterday. Report reaching the Office of the Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) Officer- In-Charge, Police Sr. Supt. John C. Bulalacao, that members of Noveleta Municipal Police Station led by Police Sr. Insp. Matias B. Montefalcon, Chief of Police (COP) while conducting Police Integrated Patrol System (PIPS) arrested Mr. Celso Villacorte Mojica Alyas “Anselmo” for carnapping of a motorcycle.
On July 17, 2011 (Sunday) at about 1:00 p.m. Maragondon Police informed Noveleta Police Station that at 12:30 p.m. same date, carnapping incident transpired in Bgy Urdaneta, Magallanes, Cavite. The following day, July 18, 2011 (Monday) Celso V. Mojica (Anselmo), 31 years old, single farmer and a down by Noveleta police at about 9:00 a. m. along Poblacion Junction, Noveleta, Cavite riding in a blue Honda XRM with Plate Number XQ 5625 without crash helmet and driver’s license.
Further investigation by the police revealed that the owner of the said motorcycle is Mr. Ricardo Abelino Abad Jr, 35, years old, farmer also a resident of the same barangay and municipality and the same reported motorcycle took and carted away from Magallanes on July 17. The suspect is now detained at Noveleta Police Station.
Police Sr. Supt. Bulalacao, commended all Noveleta police participated in the arrest of the suspected carnapper.

CAVITE PPO BAGS NOTORIOUS FUGITIVE
Camp General Pantaleon Garcia, Imus, Cavite - Cavite Police operatives neutralized a notorious fugitive who is number one (1) among the top ten personalities in the Municipal Target List and number 10 in the target list of Cavite PPO for Murder during a police operation launched in Kawit town the other day.
In a report flashed to Chief Supt. Gil C. Meneses, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 4A (CALABARZON) Senior Supt. John C. Bulalacao, the designated Officer-in-Charge of Cavite Police Provincial Office, identified the arrested suspect as a certain Gean Mar Ybanez Dayota alyas “Nonoy” 27 years old, native of Samar, residing at Bgy Maliksi, Bacoor, Cavite.
Senior Supt Bulalacao, briefed the media during a press conference held here today that personnel of Kawit Municipal Police Station under the direction of Police Chief Inspector Mamerto O. Malubay, Kawit town police chief, and under his over-all supervision, launched an operation around 9:00 a.m. at Pugad Ibon, Bgy Sta. Isabel, Kawit town to arrest Gean Mar Ybanez Dayota alyas “Nonoy” by virtue of Order of Arrest for Crime of Murder under Criminal Case Number 7680-10 with no bail recommended issued by Hon. Judge Cesar A. Mangrobang of RTC Branch 22, Imus, Cavite.Senior Supt Bulalacao further said, that Dayota is responsible for killing of Baloy Abad, fisherman, 44 years old of Bgy Polborista, Kawit, Cavite on 2009.
His arrest (Nonoy) was due to the information from concerned citizen of the said town. He was surprised when arrested at a Nipa Hut in the undisclosed placed at Sitio Pugad Ibon, Sta. Isabel, Kawit, Cavite. Chief Supt Gil Meneses and Senior Supt Bulalacao commended the police personnel involved in operation.

TURISMO SA PALIBOT NG BULKANG TAAL NAKAKABAWI NA
Masigla na at nakakabangon na ang turismo sa palibot ng bulkang taal ito ang naging pahayag ni Mayor Zeny Mendoza ng Talisay Batangas noong Lingo (July 17) sa pagdalo niya sa isang matagumpay na medical mision sa kanilang lugar.
Matatandaang halos dalawang buwan na ang nakakaraan matapos makaranas ng malawakang fishkill sa pitong bayan ng batangas kabilang na dito ang bayan ng talisay kung saan nakaapekto ito ng malaki sa kanilang kabuhayan
Bukod sa mga fish pen owners at sa mga care taker nito maging ang mga turistang halos araw araw ay dumaragsa sa kanila upang masilayan at makaakyat sa tinaguriang world smallest active volcano ay biglang naglaho
Kaya naman ngyon ay nananawagan ang babaeng mayor ng Talisay na muling tangkilikin ang kanilang malasang tilapia bangus tawilis at maliputo na sa palibot lamang ng Taal maaring matagpuan
Sa ngayon ay nasa normal na ang presyuhan ng tilapia at bangus ng Talisay sa mga pamilihan kumpara noon na halos ipamigay na lamang ang halaga nito subalit wala pa ring bumibili nito dahil sa pagkatakot – Sg Colby
