It is likewise an intelligent building equipped with the latest electronics and computerized technology for closed circuit television (CCTV) for security monitoring , centralized paging system, centralized building telephone system, alarm system, Local area network(LAN infrastructure for voice ( telephones) and data (computers), and wi-fi ready. It is unique for it is a cost-saving feature with its efficient circulation and ventilation design achieved through cross ventilation for the common areas and providing air-conditioning system for individual offices. An environment-friendly building the new building sits close to the shoreline of Laguna Lake and landscaped abundantly with tress and plants. Its high elevation makes the building flood-free.
The hospital similarly is multi-storey and is registered with the department of Health as a primary hospital equipped with complete facilities required of an emergency hospital. It is strategically located in Barangay Sto. Niño.
