VICTIM OF SUMMARY EXECUTION FOUND DEAD

CAMP PACIANO RIZAL, STA. CRUZ, LAGUNA------THE resident of Barangay San Antonio found a dead male person around 12:00 o’clock in the evening  of Sunday along Fr. Masi Street, Holiday Hills, San Pedro Laguna.


 

In a report  to Police Sr. Supt. Gilberto DC Cruz,, Laguna Police Director, by Police Supt. Kirby John B  Kraft, San Pedro Laguna Chief Of Police said, a telephone call was received by San Pedro Laguna Police Station from a concerned citizen informing that there was FOUND a dead male person on the said place. 

 

 

According to the report of Supt. Kraft, unidentified male dead body, wearing colored brown t-shirt, colored cream short, about 45 to 48 of age, about 5’6 in height, has a tattoo Love on his right chest, tattoo names Vangie Vilma on his left chest and tattoo name Vangie on his lower leg.


 

The police investigator  believed to be summarily executed and dumped into an open canal was spotted by a concerned male motorist who immediately reported  to Barangay Tanod of Barangay San Antonio.  The head of the victim was rapped with a plastic sealed with adhesive tape and tie-wire while both hands and feet were also tied up by tie-wire. There were no signed that the victim was mauled considering the several marks of contusion seen on his body.

 

Recovered beside the victim’s body were three  lady’s bags; one digital BP apparatus; one  black sandals; and one  lady shoe with lace. Crime scene has been attended by SOCO team from PNPCLO4A led by Police Inspector Fernando B. Perilla Jr.  Cadaver of the victim was brought to John Paul Funeral Homes of Sta Rosa City, while disposition of the case is under investigation by officer on case PO2 Balmas and PO2 Jubiar.  (Arlene P.
