In a report to PSSUPT GILBERTO DC CRUZ, Laguna Police Director, by PSUPT JOEL C PERNITO, OOA 4:30 p.m., of October 31, 2011 at Purok 4 Brgy Bagong kalsada, Calamba City, Laguna.

At about 5:00 p.m., of October 31, 2011 information received from Brgy Official of Brgy Bagong Kalsada, Calamba City that hacking incident transpired thereat.

Investigation disclosed that OOA 4:30 p.m., of October 31, 2011 at Purok 4 Brgy Bagong kalsada, Calamba City, victim Rommel Vivas y Pansoy, 34 y/o, married, BPSO of Brgy Bagong Kalsada and presently res at Purok 4 Brgy Bagong Kalsada, Calamba City was on board on service Brgy MC when flagged down by the suspects one (1) Rodel Gonzales, legal age and res of Brgy Bagong Kalsada, Calamba City and two (2) Delfin Gonzales, legal age and res of same address, who were then having a drinking spree with their relatives.

Suspects invited the victim to join them but the latter refuse that turned the ire of the suspects and started mauling the victim, who even ran towards a nearby stall and seek refuge but the suspects followed him and continued hacking the victim for several times. Victim was brought to Medivac at Dr. Jose Rizal District Hospital in Brgy Halang, Calamba City for medical treatment. Suspects were arrested by responding elements of Calamba CPS.

As a result, suspects were detained and the disposition of the case is for filling in court by officer on case PO2 Arthur Seloterio. ( Arlene P. Mariposque)
