HACKING INCIDENT IN NAGCARLAN, LAGUNA

In a report to PSSUPT GILBERTO DC CRUZ, Laguna Police Director, by PCINSP JESSON VISTAL BOMBASI,OOA 11:40 AM of October 18, 2011 at Brgy. Talahib, Nagacarlan, Laguna.
At 11:40 AM of October 18, 2011 at Brgy. Talahib, Nagacarlan, Laguna a hacking incident transpired, investigation disclosed that victim Rito Javier y Osuna, 54 y/o, married, driver and resident of Brgy. Talahib, Nagcarlan, Laguna, was sitting in front of Talahib Multi-Purpose Cooperative Incorporated when the suspect Anthony Baluya, 24 y/o, single, farmer and resident of Brgy. Talahib, Nagcarlan, Laguna, without any apparent reason hacked him on the neck which resulted to the instantaneous death of the latter. After which, suspect immediately fled to the forested area of the adjacent Barangay while carrying the bolo.Disposition of the case is for filling court by officer on case PO2 Bienvenido Jose Burgos Jr. (Arlene P.
