BUDOL-BUDOL GAND MEMBER APPREHENDED BY PNP CALAUAN

In a report to PSSUPT GILBERTO DC CRUZ, Laguna Police Director, by PCI SANTIAGO C CUNTAPAY, OOA 11:30 AM October 12, 2011 at Brgy. Silangan, Calauan, Laguna. PNP of Calauan MPS arrested the suspect Danilo Agudal y Daria, 43 y/o, married, jobless, res at General Espino Signal Village, Taguig City, who was caught in flagrante defrauding the victim Rommel Terrible y Oruga, 34 y/o, businessman, married and a res of Brgy. Lamot 1, Calauan, Laguna, by falsely pretending that he was a businessman who just drop by at the market (Tiange) to buy groceries.
Suspect convince the victim that he was looking for a comfort room to urinate. After their negotiation suspect induced the victim to hold his bag pretending that it have a laptop inside and for assurance, the victim was persuaded to give his two (2) units of NOKIA Cellular phone and one silver bracelet to the suspect. After a few minutes victim tried to open his bag and he was surprised to discover that the bag only contains pieces of papers and newspapers.
Victim tried to locate the suspect and was in a hurry to escape but he was arrested by the police officer who was immediately responded after the victim approached and requested for assistance. Recovered from the suspect possession were two ( 2) units of NOKIA cellular phone and one silver bracelet owned by the victim.
As a result suspect detained and disposition of case is for filling in court by officer on case PO2 Moises C. Cuadla. ( Arlene P. Mariposque)
