Robbery Hold up and Carnapping Group

Calamba, City, Laguna --- In a report to PSSUPT GILBERTO DC CRUZ, Laguna Police Director, by PSUPT JOEL C PERNITO at about 11:30 pm of September 19, 2011 victims one (1) Ramon Paolo Mosqueda y Acosta, 21 yrs old, single, student and res of Habana Apartment #3 Rizal St., Brgy 5, Calamba City; and two (2) Macelle Jimenez y Go, 18 yrs old, single sales lady at KMPC Terminal and res of Le Brgy 5 Calamba City Laguna, appeared to Calamba CPS and reported the incident.
Investigation disclosed that victims were on-abroad one (1) unit of Honda 125 MC, colored blue with plate # XO-2351 was parked and situated in a dimly lit portion of the Calamba City College, when the suspect armed with a bladed weapon appeared and held them up. Suspects took to victim #2 her handbag containing one (1) unit of Nokia cellular phone, cash money amounting to Php 300.00 and other valuable items to include their service MC and speed towards Chipeco Ave., by traversing the PNP road at about 1:00 pm of September 20, 2011, elements of Calamba CPS spotted the stolen MC in a house situated at relocation village of Brgy.Looc Calamba City, which was reported being cannibalized prompting the lawmen to swooped down the reported house owned by Saturnina Morada whose daughter Alicia Reporma y Morada was coerced with the suspects one (1) Francis Decembrada y Brolada 20 yrs old, single, jobless and res of Sitio Patag Brgy Tibag Calamba City and two (2) Danilo Sabado y Mendoza, 24 yrs old, single, jobless and res of DNE Lazaro Compound Brgy 3 Calamba City and three (3) alias RA.
Suspects Nr one (1) and two (2) were arrested by responding elements of CPS while suspect nr three (3) managed to escaped. Recovered were disseminated MC and cannibalized parts of the stolen MC to included the personal valuables of the victims. Both arrested suspects when verified were involved in robbery snatching and carnapping activities in the City of Calamba and Los Banos.
Further, investigation disclosed that suspects were previously convicted and jailed at BJMP, Calamba for robbery and carnapping cases. Follow up operation being conducted for possible apprehension of Suspect Nr 3.
Status of suspect one (1) and two (2) were detained and disposition of case is for filling by officer on case PO2 Arthur Selotero. // Arlene P. Mariposque
