PDEA ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG OPERATION YIELDED POSITIVE,NABBED LADY PUSHER

Operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency conducted anti-illegal drug operation which resulted in the arrest of a female drug pusher at Batangas City. In his report to PDEA Director General/Undersecretary JOSE S GUTIERREZ JR., Director III Emerson L Margate, Acting Regional Director of PDEA RO4A,that on or about 10:30pm of June 15, 2011, PDEA 4-A Team Bravo conducted buy-bust operation which resulted to the arrest of a female drug pusher identified as Josephine Bool y Malinao, 35 years old, female, jobless and a resident of Brgy Cuta West, Batangas City. Seized from her possession and control was one (1) transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu which, after laboratory examination conducted at PDEA Laboratory Service, Quezon City, yielded positive result for the presence of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride with a net weight of 1.0346 gram with street value price of seven thousand pesos (P7000). Criminal complaint for violation of Section 11, Article II RA 9165 has been filed at the Office of the City prosecutor, Batangas City before Hon Rita Mildred Medrano-Gonzales. The suspect is currently detained at PDEA RO4A Detention Facility awaiting Commitment Order from the court. // Submitted by Arlene P. Mariposque
