VIOLATION OF RA 1866 AS AMENDED BY RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of FA and Ammunition)

In a report to PSSUPT GILBERTO DC CRUZ, Laguna Police Director, by PSUPT FERDINAND DG DE CASTRO, on June 16, 2011 at about 10:012:45 am., at Three Sister Videoke Bar at Brgy 1-A San Pablo City, suspect Danilo Pasco y Portugal, 32 years old, married, native of Bungoy, Dolores, Quezon and presently res at Brgy. Sta Maria, Sto Tomas, Batangas, was arrested after having been reported for firing a gun inside the said Videoke Bar. Confiscated and seizaed from his possession one (1) cal.38 revolver ( without brand and serial number) loaded with (5) live ammunitions on its chamber. Also found and recovered inside the Videoke Bar the four (4) pcs fired empty shell of cal. 38 allegedly fired by the suspect. Suspect was detained and the case is for filling in court by Officer-On-Case PO2 Peter Janairo and PO2 Jessei Salado. // Arlene P. Mariposque
