PDEA DISMANTLED DRUG DEN IN CAVITE

Vice Executive Judge, RTC Manila which resulted in the arrest of Evelyn Ruiz y Viray @ Evelyn, a barangay kagawad and a member of Ruiz-Viray Drug Group, Jennifer Nazareno @ Jennifer and Gilbert Cayas y Arellano @ Bibet yesterday, April 25, 2011 on or about 1:00PM at Calumpang, Barangay 36, Cavite City, Cavite
Confiscated at the scene of the crime were 20 pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, 1 piece orange plastic container, 1 piece small black pail, 1 piece green plastic container labeled mentos, 2 pieces plastic container containing plastic sachets, one bundle empty plastic sachets, 2 pairs of scissor and 3 pieces strips aluminum foil, 1 piece white coin purse labeled “mercury drug”, 1 small plastic bag containing empty transparent plastic sachets, 1 piece colored brown coin purse.
The implementation of the writ was witnessed by Soledad Salvador, Jeanette C. Francisco, both under the Office of the City Prosecutor, Cavity City, Kagawad Henry A. Magsumbol, Kagawad Ludovico A. Bernal, Kagawad Nestor Abella and Mediamen Ding Bermudez.
The arrested suspects were brought to this Office for investigation and proper disposition. The drug evidence and non-drug evidence were submitted to PNP Crime Laboratory Office 4A for chemical analysis.
Cases for violation of Sec. 6, 11 and 12, Art II of RA 9165 are being readied against the suspects.
