DRUG VIOLATOR NABBED BY PILA POLICE

In connection with the directive of PSSUPT GILBERTO DC CRUZ, Provincial Director of Laguna PPO to conduct operation against illegal drugs, on April 16, 2011 at 3:15 AM at Brgy Labuin, Pila, Laguna elements of Pila MPS with the direct supervision of PSI OWEN BANAAG, OIC conducted buy bust operation that resulted to the apprehension of the suspect named: KERWIN DE LUNA Y BANCA, 30 yrs old, married, driver and resident of Brgy Sta Clara Sur, Pila, Laguna. Confiscated from the possession of the suspect were two (2) pcs small plastic heatsealed sachet containing suspected shabu and one (1) pc of five hundred peso (P500.00) bill used as marked money. Pieces of evidence were brought to PNPCLO, Sta Cruz, Laguna for laboratory examination.
Criminal complaint against the suspect is being prepared for filing in court and suspect is now detained at Pila MPS. //Submitted by Arlene Mariposque
